My new favourite famous cocktail

Today I visited a restaurant. I ordered an incredibly delicious cocktail, you've never tried anything like it. Would you like to know the name of the cocktail and the restaurant? The cocktail is called Violet Punch. It's sweet and sour, made with rum and, most unusually, with egg white and violet syrup. The combination is incredible.
