Fancentro has strict policies in place to prevent and respond to illegal content or activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and non-consensual content (NCC). We utilize a number of tools, technologies, verification measures, and human moderation to identify violations of the Terms of Service for Fancentro. In addition to these mitigating measures we proactively take, we also provide mechanisms for users, law enforcement, members of the public, and non-governmental organizations to easily report content that may violate the Terms of Service.
A Content Removal Request (CRR) form is linked at the bottom of Fancentro. If a visitor is the victim of or has personal knowledge of trafficking, abusive or non-consensual content displayed on Fancentro, they are encouraged to report such material.
This includes:
Visitors can use the Content Removal Request form to report such material by providing the URL of the content, the reason why it should be removed, and an email address so that Fancentro can communicate with the reporter, ask for more details if required, and confirm our decision. Reports are confidential. Our dedicated support team works to process requests as soon as possible to remove content that violates our Terms of Service.
Fancentro utilizes a database of banned words and phrases, sourced from NGOs, law enforcement and internal inputs, to block prohibited terms across all user-input fields. When users search for terms associated with human trafficking, CSAM, or non-consensual content, the platform displays deterrence messaging that flags the potential illegality of the term and, where appropriate, provides globally accessible or region-specific support resources.
We utilize a number of external and internal tools to identify and remove potentially illegal content. These technologies are used to detect CSAM and non-consensual content, as well as to flag and prioritize potentially violative material for review by our moderation team.
Fancentro remains vigilant when it comes to researching, adopting, and using the latest and best available detection technology to help make it a safe platform, while remaining an inclusive, sex positive online space for adults.
Only verified content creators may upload content to Fancentro.
Content creators must submit their identity documents for review by Fancentro's human moderation team before they are able to upload content.
Fancentro reviews all content appearing on the platform prior to publication to ensure it is compliant with our Terms of Service. Any content that is not compliant, or showing signs of non-consent, will not be published.
Fancentro maintains relationships with leading non-profit organizations around the world to learn from their expertise, assist in their missions, and help inform platform policy.
Fancentro cooperates with a variety of law enforcement organizations internationally and provides easy ways for law enforcement to submit requests related to illegal content.
