We need to breathe air even when we are in isolation and while we are in quarantine. Remember to breathe, stretch, move, sleep, eat good nutritious foods, connect online, write, sing, dance, play, slow down, and have fun. I love celebrating my birthday in New York with my friends. NY has a magical energy, and it's the best place on earth. At this time, let's celebrate online and through the lens.
