Custom request: "The ten minute nude circuit training video will consist of; 1) 20 walking stance leg lounges on each leg. 2) 10 press ups. 3) 15 crunches. 4) 10 squats 5) 5 sit-ups All of this completes CIRCUIT ONE. If you can manage 3 circuits in ten minutes that would be great and all TOTALLY NUDE."
