Stuck Headfirst, Ass Up

I can't find my phone anywhere. Hmm, I could have sworn I last saw it on the edge of the couch. Maybe it got knocked inside a cushion or over the back. I'll look under all of the pillows and cushions to see if it got dropped or stuck. Oh no! It was wedged in the middle cushion but I accidentally bumped it and it fell inside the couch all the way. Oops.... If I try to reach I can probably get it. I can't feel it, so I'll need to stick my head inside to try and see it. Oh no! My head is stuck! And now my shoulder is caught in the springs in the couch. Uh oh, I still can't reach my phone to call for help. Is anyone out there? My ass is completely exposed and sticking out! All I can do is flail and try to pull myself out but it's not working. I'm so stuck tight I don't think I can get out. Oh please don't look at my ass! My mini dress is sliding up and all I can do is wiggle and expose my panties more. This is so embarrassing! I hope nobody can see me.
