This is the full unboxing and review of a whip I had just purchased. I hope this serves as guide to you curious few on how not to buy a whip. And what a bad whip looks like. I highly recommend purchasing your whips from a REAL whip maker. And not a mass manufacturer because the quality will be poor. Here's a rule of thumb, a good whip will cost a few hundred dollars. When it comes to the materials and length. Not to mention the time and labor to make it. The shorter the length the cheaper it will be. Leather whips are much more expensive and high maintenance than nylon or paracord. But you can get nice long nylon whip at a much cheaper price than a leather. For example, The black whip you always see me at the park with is a 6 foot nylon whip. I paid $200 for it to be made. Had i got it in a leather than it would cost me about $500 and up.
