Just a little back story. I started my fitness journey with a starting weight of 87.35kg (192.57 lbs) last Dec 30. 2023.
Now on Day 28, Weighing on scales around 80.10kg (176.59 lbs). It's a great acheivement and I'm happy with the progress even though I torn my calf muscle a couple of day It is still a great progress to celebrate.
in total I lost a total of 7.25kg (15.98 lbs) since I started.
